NEXGEN Mobile for iPhone offers a sophisticated solution for managing Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) in the field. This application facilitates immediate access to an organization's complete asset database, enabling maintenance managers to efficiently route work orders to field technicians. The instant notifications feature ensures that technicians are promptly informed once work is assigned, greatly enhancing operational efficiency.

The first edition of NEXGEN Mobile includes a user-friendly platform for managing service requests and asset inventory, significantly reducing time and resource expenditure. When assets are already mapped with ESRI, users can view the entire asset database on a map enriched with Geographic Information System (GIS) attributes, layers, and base maps.

Notable features of NEXGEN Mobile for iPhone include:

 <li>DASHBOARD: The home screen allows users to quickly view their top three work orders and service requests, with the option to access additional details or obtain directions to the work site.</li>
 <li>WORK ORDERS: By allowing mobile assignment, retrieval, editing, and closure of work orders, productivity in maintenance management is significantly improved.</li>
 <li>SERVICE REQUESTS: Enhancing responsiveness, transparency, and accountability, service requests are immediately displayed on the GIS map upon submission by a customer. Field staff can quickly respond to these requests based on their proximity and priority level.</li>
 <li>ASSET INVENTORY: Users can search existing asset inventory, upload photos, modify asset information, and create new entries, all updated in real time.</li>
 <li>GIS: This feature provides a comprehensive view of all assets relative to the user's current location, as well as displaying service requests and work orders on an interactive map—streamlining field operations.</li>
 <li>NOTIFICATIONS: Push notifications function uniformly across both the iPhone and iPad applications.</li>
</ul>
